My story too starts a long time back – thirty, ahem, something years ago when I was a little. I would look forward to Christmas all year. The anticipation of opening presents I would soon get bored of, gorging my own body weight in selection box chocolates and reading a good book that made me feel Christmassy.

So I’ve been looking to find a Christmas book for my son, and may just have found it in ‘The Christmasaurus. It’s a lovely read for kids this festive season, complete with all that magic of Christmas – elves, Santa and a Mumosaurus and Dadlodocus, it’s all things a good book should be.

There’s also some cute features that go with it, namely a downloadable letter for Santa. It was a really lovely moment writing a letter to Father Christmas with my boy, even if he did want to write all over my hand! You can do the same by downloading your letter for free here at Penguin.co.uk and you can share it using #PuffinChristmas.

The website also has lots of other interactive find too including quizzes and reading inspiration.
