The Baby Show (and tell)!

It’s no secret, I’m a sucker for gadgets and goods… just as well I’m a Mlogger (my new term for Mum Blogger)!

Well, what better place to visit than The Baby Show for inspiration.

I hot-footed it over to Kensington Olympia for the annual show, celebrating all things little one. First of all, I was blown away by the creche and kids facilities. If you just want to GORGE yourself on products, this is the place to drop and shop! The area is sponsored by Thomas the Tank and Friends, and is a children’s paradise, trust me.

What you want, baby I got…

There’s plenty of interesting tidbits of tiffing to pick up, in fact I dare you to leave without a tote bag of goodies. Among one of my favorite finds this year was the Rockit (@wearerockit) a device to attach to your buggy that rocks your baby to sleep, genius, although at £39.99 it’s an investment worth making as early as possible.

Good Karmel

There were lots of firm favourite foodies to scope out, the best being Annabel Karmel. Boo loves her range, and it brings back fond memories of weaning, boy I lived on her recipe books, still do.  I was lucky enough to meet lovely Annabel as well, and among the sneak previews, we found out that this book is making its way on to shelves soon, one to add to the Christmas list.

Another great discovery is the Peg Perego range of HOT WHEELS for little nippers. Priced very reasonably from approx £350, this is a treat best reserved for those that have lots of green space (and money!) but it’s absolutely FAB.

Lots in store

There were other great treats to discover along the way, but I won’t ruin any surprises! Fearn Cotton, Motha Pukka and Lucy Shrimpton are just some of the presenters you can expect to meet this weekend. Tickets I believe are still available. So if you’re a new parent, or parent-to-be, you’re gonna love it.

Finally, big thanks to Kat and her team for all their help.
